Your duties shall include but will not necessarily be limited to

- Access Control: Monitor and control access to the property, including employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
- Visitor Management: Verify identification, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, and ensure site access procedures are followed.
- Guest Escorting: Escort visitors, contractors, and guests to and from designated areas as required.
- Site Patrols: Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the property to identify safety, security, and maintenance concerns.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems for suspicious activity, security incidents, and other irregularities.
- Alarm Response: Respond to security, fire, panic, and other alarm activations in accordance with site procedures.
- Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and other situations requiring security assistance.
- Incident Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely daily activity reports, incident reports, occurrence reports, and other required documentation.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency, evacuation, fire, and life-safety procedures and assist emergency responders when required.
- Key/Access Control: Manage keys, access cards, radios,



and other security equipment in accordance with site procedures.
- Safety & Security Inspections: Identify and report hazards, unsecured doors, damaged property, suspicious activity, and other potential security concerns.
- Customer Service: Provide professional assistance and directions to employees, visitors, contractors, and clients while maintaining a qualified security presence.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Parking & Traffic Control: Monitor parking areas and assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic control when required.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors, management, clients, emergency services, and other relevant personnel.
- Other Duties: Perform additional security-related duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Management.

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
