Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, applications, security, vendors, and business stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact. Facilitate stakeholder communication and governance meetings, providing regular status updates and project reporting. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies,



and project management methodologies while maintaining project documentation. Track project performance, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project management, operational processes, and service delivery.
