Must Haves

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analysis supporting SDLC delivery projects across enterprise environments and concurrent projects
- Hands-on delivery of a Vendor Management System implementation project.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Lucidchart
- Experience integrating cybersecurity and compliance considerations into business and system requirements
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, or stage-gated delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate with Project Managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders

Strong Nice to Haves

- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments with a collaborative mindset
- Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, and system integrations
- Experience developing and delivering stage gate documentation across the project lifecycle

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end requirements activities across concurrent initiatives from discovery through implementation support




- Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with project scope and timelines
- Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop process models, workflows, and supporting documentation for solution delivery
- Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams on requirements and solution scope
- Manage requirements lifecycle activities including traceability, change control, and impact assessment
- Identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate security and compliance considerations into requirements
