We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an enterprise MFA (

Multi-factor Authentication

) and IAM transformation initiative. This role will work closely with business, application, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to assess applications, gather requirements, identify risks, and support MFA implementation.

Key Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk

- Strong experience with MFA/IAM transformation programs

- Knowledge of SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuth

- Solid requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills

- Advanced Excel and data analysis experience

- Experience with executive reporting and dashboards

- Hands-on exposure to Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security

- Knowledge of NIST and IAM governance

- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps

- CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.

- Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience preferred
