Must Haves

- 5+ years in a Business Intelligence and analytics analyst role using PowerBI or BusinessObjects
- 5+ years with Kimball Dimensional Modelling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
- 5+ years applying Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Integration principles
- 5+ years with Informatica, semantic layer design, database structures, scripting, Oracle, and SQLServer
- 3+ years mentoring technical and functional resources on BI&A; solutions

Nice to Have
- Previous experience within the public sector or large organizations
- Verbal and written communication skills supporting internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels





Responsibilities
- Design KPI frameworks to measure outcomes, impact, learning, and organizational readiness
- Create automated measurement processes for program analytics and reporting
