Candidates must be located in Winnipeg. will be working in-office 3 days/week and 2 days WFH

Must Haves

- 10+ years as aChange Management Consultant with a focus on enterprise-wide change initiatives using change management methodologies
- Experience developing change plans, writing strategies, and communications
- Experience providing consulting and coaching leadership teams
- Experience with Management Consulting within a public sector environment
- PROSCI certification and working with project methodologies

Nice to Have

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the insurance domain or public sector
