Role: Senior Data Engineer – Capital Markets

? Location: Mississauga, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite/week)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Sourcing and Analytics team and support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data solutions across modern cloud data platforms.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong SQL development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark/PySpark.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing.
- Experience with data mapping,



source-to-target specifications, and data lineage.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred
- Experience in Finance, Banking, or Capital Markets.
- Experience with enterprise cloud data migration/modernization.
- Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud/data engineering certifications.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
