You will work in partnership with local businesses to create meaningful job placements and assist individuals in achieving self-sufficiency in the workforce. Be prepared to assist in program development by analyzing consumer needs and suggesting improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate recruitment and intake of program participants
- Cultivate relationships with community employers for job placements




- Provide hands-on job training and support during work experiences
- Aid in identifying personal challenges affecting job performance
- Document participant progress and maintain records Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or direct employment services experience
- Expertise in supporting individuals with diverse abilities
- Solid communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
