About Integritty
Integritty is a North American enterprise technology consulting firm specializing in SAP, Pega, enterprise applications, and AI-driven solutions. We help organizations simplify complex business processes, modernize their technology landscapes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As we expand across Canada and the United States, we are looking for a commercially driven professional to accelerate revenue growth, acquire new customers, strengthen strategic partnerships, and deepen relationships with our existing clients.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on sales and business development qualified who can turn relationships and opportunities into revenue. Working directly with the Founder & CEO and our delivery leadership, you will take ownership of new business acquisition, sales pipeline development, strategic partnerships, and key account growth.
This is a sales-first role with responsibility for both winning new customers and expanding existing relationships. You will lead customer conversations, identify opportunities, coordinate proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive pursuits through to closure.
We are looking for a self-starter who combines commercial thinking with disciplined execution—someone who is comfortable developing a growth strategy and equally willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Canada and the United States
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and partner-generated leads.
- Own and manage relationships with key existing accounts, serving as a trusted commercial point of contact and maintaining regular engagement with client stakeholders.
- Develop account growth plans, understand evolving customer needs, and identify cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to maintain strong client relationships, proactively address concerns, and support long-term account retention.
- Lead prospecting, discovery meetings, customer presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Take ownership of sales opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, sales forecasts, and clear next steps for active opportunities.
2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and strengthen relationships with enterprise and public-sector decision-makers.
- Build productive relationships with SAP, Pega, and other strategic technology partners.
- Identify joint go-to-market opportunities and convert partner relationships into qualified business.
- Represent Integritty at customer meetings, partner events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enter new markets and develop strategic customer accounts.
3. Proposals & Sales Execution
- Lead the commercial aspects of RFPs, proposals, presentations, and client pursuits.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop compelling, differentiated solutions.
- Coordinate pricing, commercial discussions, and negotiations to advance opportunities toward closure.
- Ensure timely follow-through on customer commitments, proposals, and sales activities.
- Maintain ownership of the sales process and coordinate internal stakeholders to keep opportunities progressing.
What You Bring
- 10–12+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, account management, or technology consulting sales.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified pipelines, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and closing business.
- Experience selling professional services, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence engaging senior business leaders, IT executives, and strategic partners.
- Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities, prioritize effectively, and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and modern sales and productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with SAP, Pega, AI, enterprise applications, or IT consulting; established relationships in the Canadian or U.S.
enterprise market; and familiarity with public-sector procurement and RFP processes.
Our Working Style
At Integritty, we value ownership, flexibility, and outcomes over fixed working hours.
As a growing organization, we operate in a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck environment where priorities can evolve and everyone contributes when it matters. We offer flexibility in how work gets done, balanced with responsiveness, accountability, and a willingness to step up during critical customer engagements, proposals, and business opportunities.
This role suits someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and enjoys the challenge of building and scaling a business.
What Success Looks Like
Success will be measured primarily through qualified pipeline generation, new customer acquisition, revenue growth, key account retention and expansion, and sales conversion.
Additional measures include productive strategic partnerships, proposal effectiveness, accurate sales forecasting, and consistent execution of business development activities.
We value individuals who take ownership of their commitments and demonstrate tangible commercial results—not simply activity.
Why Join Integritty?
Be part of a growth journey—not just another company.
Integritty is at an exciting stage in its evolution, with ambitions to grow from a boutique technology consulting firm into a larger, established systems integrator across North America. This is an opportunity to join that journey, help shape our market presence, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute directly to how the organization scales. You will have the autonomy to pursue new ideas, influence our growth strategy, and see the tangible impact of your work as we expand our client base, capabilities, and geographic reach.
We are looking for someone who wants more than a conventional sales role—someone excited by the opportunity to help build a business, grow with it, and take on greater responsibilities as the organization evolves.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary and uncapped, performance-based commission, rewarding new business acquisition, revenue generation, and growth within existing accounts.
The package will be commensurate with experience and offers opportunities for increased earnings and responsibility as Integritty continues to grow.
Pay: $65,478.81-$189,663.21 per year
