We are seeking a professional Senior Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, coordinate all patient communications, and support the efficient operation of our private surgical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm, professional experience from initial inquiry through post-surgical follow-up

Schedule consultations,



surgical procedures, and follow-up appointments

Educate patients about available aesthetic surgical options

Manage patient records, appointment scheduling and billing

Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Passion for patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically in aesthetic plastic surgery

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
