Projects are delivered within a multidisciplinary environment supporting technology exploration across a large public sector organization.

Must Haves

- 8+ years of IT project management aligned with PMI PMBOK practices
- 5+ years delivering medium to large technology projects with complex stakeholder environments
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary project teams across IT, clients, contractors, and vendors
- 5+ years with project resource planning and project team resourcing activities
- Formal training and/or certification in project management such as PMI Project Management Professional

Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations
- Experience supporting emerging technology experimentation initiatives
- Exposure to XR, digital fabrication,



next generation broadcasting, robotics, or quantum technologies

Responsibilities
- Support emerging technology experimentation requests through intake and lifecycle activities
- Conduct intake triage and requirements gathering activities
- Coordinate handoff and support activities with other Project Managers
- Provide client communications and status updates
- Track documented requirements, schedules, risks, and issue logs
- Coordinate pilots aligned with the Innovation Through Procurement Challenge framework
- Prepare prioritized intake assessments for emerging technology initiatives
