Senior Transaction Manager

Landmark is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to join our organization, in Toronto, Ontario.

Role

Reporting to the Co-CEO, the Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for managing and executing commercial real estate transactions on behalf of Landmark’s clients, including new leases, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and other transaction-related activities.

Combining transaction expertise with strong client relationship management, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, landlords, brokers, and market partners to develop transaction strategies, negotiate favourable terms, and drive transactions through to successful completion.

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will act as a key face of Landmark in the market, building trusted client relationships while bringing strong commercial judgment, ownership, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Act as a principal client liaison for Ontario, representing Landmark with professionalism, credibility, and strong commercial real estate expertise.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and anticipating their real estate requirements.
- Develop, recommend, and execute transaction strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives and priorities.
- Lead transaction management and negotiation, including new leases, renewals, expansions, relocations, terminations, acquisitions,



and dispositions as required.
- Provide strategic advice throughout the transaction process, identifying options, assessing risks and opportunities, and supporting informed real estate decisions.
- Coordinate with Landmark’s internal teams, local brokerage partners, and other external parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and are brought to successful and timely completion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and conditions within the Greater Toronto Area and relevant Ontario markets, providing timely and actionable market intelligence.
- Manage critical dates, transaction milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues, mitigating risk, and maintaining momentum.
- Maintain accurate transaction activity, documentation, reporting, forecasting, and close-out within Landmark’s systems, including the timely billing of commissions and professional fees.
- Collaborate with Landmark’s Market Intelligence, Legal, Lease Administration, and Transaction teams to provide clients with coordinated and consistent service across mandates.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for client outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and high standards of execution across Landmark.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate transaction experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
