Senior UX Writer / Senior Content Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer to create explicit, user-focused content for digital products while helping develop and improve AI-assisted content workflows.

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain AI-assisted workflows, instructions, and reusable content processes.
- Design and run evaluations to assess AI-generated content and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze results and refine AI workflows for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Lead UX writing and content design across product features and user journeys.
- Collaborate with product designers, PMs, developers, and researchers.
- Develop and maintain style guides, content patterns, and content standards.
- Review human and AI-generated content for quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, or a related field.




- Strong UX writing and content design portfolio, preferably with complex digital or B2B products.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, skills, or content processes.
- Experience designing AI evaluations, test cases, quality criteria, and scoring methods.
- Experience working cross-functionally from discovery through product launch.
- Strong communication, editorial judgment, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
