- Establish relationships with educational institutions and community partners
- Facilitate community and employer advisory tables




- Lead initiatives to close labor market gaps
- Promote awareness of EmployNext services across the region
- Monitor and report partnership activities and outcomes Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or a similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a valid driver's license for travel
