We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Auphan POS, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation throughout the process
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, service stations, and during food preparation




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for effective order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving, upselling, food preparation, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure guest satisfaction
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and creating welcoming environments
