Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare food items as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and cashier station.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous experience in a cashier or server role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy workplace.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus, but not mandatory.
