Overview

We are seeking friendly and dedicated Servers/Bartenders to join us at Heritage Lanes and in our new Dart Lounge Experience . This role involves providing exceptional customer service, serving/creating beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the service industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The Service Worker plays a vital role in ensuring Heritage Lanes guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
- Serve food and preparing adult beverages according to established standards
- Handle food/beverages safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in all handling activities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter or table-side
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and bar equipment
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly




- Follow regulations and company policies to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or bar industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional personality.
- Knowledge serving techniques, with ProServe Certification.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bartender experience or familiarity with beverage preparation.
- Hospitality background or experience working in a team-oriented environment is beneficial
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required.
