Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders,



and vehicle history
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on mechanic experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in transactions
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations is desirable
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
