Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimates, and available services clearly and confidently
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments,



and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven automotive experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity and trust
- Sales experience to promote additional products or services confidently
- Cash handling expertise ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology, including common repairs and maintenance procedures
