SERVICE COORDINATOR- Reporting to the SERVICE MANAGER,

We are seeking an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assessing their unique needs and connecting them with appropriate resources, schedules, and service providers. You will manage logistics, resolve service bottlenecks, and maintain accurate records to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience with DIS inventory control and asset.

- Client Assessment & Intake: Evaluate client requests, identify their core service requirements,
- Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Coordinate service schedules, dispatch field personnel or technicians, manage time cards
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central intermediary between clients, vendors,



internal departments,
- Database & Directory Management: Maintain clean client records, document interactions, and update directories of authorized service providers.
- Issue Resolution: Receive client feedback or complaints and proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer success, case management, or a fast-paced administrative role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling sensitive client data professionally.
- Organization: Strong project management, time-allocation, and critical-thinking capabilities
