Integrated Supply Network Inc (ISN), is America's leading wholesale distributor of professional automotive tools, including the Sales & Service of Automotive Lifting Equipment. Our goal is to become a one-stop shop for professional mechanics, garage managers and enthusiasts. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible to provide field maintenance, annual inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of automotive lifting equipment.

You will be assigned your own service vehicle and you will be dispatched from your home each morning (after required training is successfully completed). You will be trained over a few months with the ISN hands-on extensive training program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform inspections, repairs and installation of automotive lifting equipment at customer locations.
2. Train customers on use of supplied equipment.
3. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and operational concerns on automotive lift equipment.
4. Look up repair parts in manuals and determine parts & labour hours required;
5. Communicate new product and service opportunities,



special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
6. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
7. Previous experience working with and knowledge of Automotive Lifting Equipment and Wheel Service Equipment is considered an asset
8. Previous experience and expert knowledge of Rotary, Forward, Direct Lift or Atlas equipment is considered an asset
9. Ensure all safety precautions are followed.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Working with Automotive Hoists: 3 years (required)
- Automotive repair/Diagnosing/Repair: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- G Drivers License and Clean Driving Record (required)
