WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Create, track, and close work requests and work orders on all high-cost AFE assets, such as, major component, equipment integration, new builds
- Track and process all work resulting from vehicle incidents
- Run routine reports to provide leadership with past due and future maintenance requirements
- Manage relationships with existing and recent vendors
- Create Purchase Orders and Work Orders for services performed by 3rd party vendors and process 3rd party invoices and attach back up
- Review open work orders, delete redundant and follow up on long standing
- Manage warranty issues
- Gather and investigate relevant information about units that need repair
- Review all pre and post trip reports; organize deficiencies and work requests to be performed via, work order, and work schedules
- Schedule work for Maintenance Technicians
- Manage the PM system

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

Related experience:

- 2-5 years’ experience of service writing or maintenance department experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Strong knowledge of excel and demonstrated CMMS experience is preferred.
- Experience in the oilfield industry specifically with well service operations, processes and equipment is preferred.
