ServiceNow Sr. ITAM(SAM/HAM) developer JD:
- Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
- Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO )
- Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective
- Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting
- Very valuable verbal and written English communication skills
- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
