Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are maintained throughout your shift
- Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance performance and teamwork
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) transactions such as Micros POS systems and cash register operations
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires, participate in hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding processes
- Monitor food handling practices to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination or spoilage
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience





Skills

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience in food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members effectively
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred; bartending or barista experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment
