Inspire Auto Studio is looking for a reliable Shop Assistant to assist our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Schedule

This position is on an as-needed basis, with a minimum 2-hour shift per day when scheduled. There is no guaranteed set schedule - hours are accommodating and can vary week to week. We anticipate most shifts will be full days on Mondays and Fridays, with additional as-needed shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays depending on shop volume.

Responsibilities

- Wash and dry vehicles before and after services
- Vacuum and perform basic interior cleaning
- Prepare vehicles for detailing, tint, PPF, and coating services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, office, and work areas
- Assist technicians with basic tasks and shop support




- Help with general day-to-day operations as required

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Previous automotive or detailing experience is an asset, but not required
