Mega Siding Exterior Ltd. is hiring skilled and reliable siding and soffit installers for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. We are looking for people who take pride in their workmanship, work safely, and communicate well with their crew and supervisors.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, and install siding, soffit, fascia, trim, and related exterior components according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
- Prepare installation surfaces and report any issues that need attention before work proceeds.
- Install flashings, sealants, and related components as required for proper drainage and weather protection.
- Follow site instructions, installation details, and construction drawings where applicable.
- Safely handle materials and use tools, ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
- Maintain consistent workmanship and address deficiencies as directed.
- Communicate progress, material needs, and site concerns promptly to the foreman or supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and protect company tools, equipment, and surrounding property.
- Arrive on time, work scheduled hours, and help meet project deadlines without compromising safety or quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous experience installing siding, soffit, or exterior cladding.
- Proficiency with common construction tools, including saws, drills, levels, and caulking guns.




- Ability to take accurate measurements and produce clean cuts, straight layouts, and consistent finishes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, working at heights, and lifting and carrying materials safely.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and clear communication.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality work.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings is an asset.

Applicants must have basic siding hand tools, including aviation snips, a tape measure, speed square, utility knife, hammer, chalk line, and tool belt. Standard site PPE is also required, including a hard hat, safety boots, and high-visibility vest. All required PPE and safety equipment must be used while performing the work.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
