Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at a busy new car dealership.

The Shuttle

Driver is responsible for safely transporting customers, employees, and vehicles between the dealership and local destinations while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-conscious, courteous, and comfortable interacting with customers. This position plays an important role in ensuring our customers have a convenient and positive dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport customers and dealership personnel to and from the dealership.

- Provide transportation to nearby locations such as homes, workplaces, rental facilities, and service appointments.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle.

- Complete basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

- Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures.





- Assist customers with loading and unloading personal belongings when needed.

- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

- Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips and mileage as required.

- Assist the dealership team with other general tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Secure and responsible driving habits.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.
