AZ Shunter Driver - Full Time (Etobicoke)

Motor Vehicle Personnel supports and works in conjunction with the operations of Wilsons Truck Lines.

We are currently hiring experienced AZ Shunter Drivers for full-time positions at our Etobicoke operations. We are seeking safety-conscious professionals with strong time management skills who can ensure trailer movements are completed safely and efficiently.

Location

Etobicoke, ON

(One of four Etobicoke locations located within a few kilometres of each other)

Available Shift

Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

4 days per week

Schedule to be assigned and may include weekends and statutory holidays.

Compensation

- $26.70/hour
- Additional $0.50/hour night shift premium
- Paid through payroll (No Driver Inc.)

Responsibilities





- Move trailers safely and efficiently between yards and distribution centres
- Perform trailer inspections and report defects
- Ensure all trailer movements are completed in accordance with safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and management
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

- Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements
- Minimum 1 year AZ driving experience
- Minimum 6 months shunting experience preferred
- Valid AZ driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Strong safety record
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
