Job Summary

Spaceless Marketing is looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative, social, adaptable, and genuinely excited about the world of social media. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great social media is about much more than scheduling posts — it’s about understanding people, brands, trends, and what actually gets an audience to stop scrolling.

You’ll manage social media for a variety of Spaceless clients, so you need to be extremely comfortable across all major social platforms, with a strong understanding of how content should differ from platform to platform. You’ll be responsible for capturing each client’s unique brand voice and personality, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance, making recommendations, and engaging with their audiences on a daily basis.

You’ll also be an important part of the Spaceless team itself. We’re a small, collaborative agency, so we need someone who is willing to jump in wherever they’re needed. That might mean helping out on a client shoot, assisting with content creation, brainstorming campaign ideas, appearing in a Reel, helping another team member meet a deadline, or picking up a task that simply needs to get done.

We’re looking for someone who is versatile, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever they're needed, someone who doesn't say, “That’s not my job,” but instead says, “How can I help?”

You should be comfortable being in front of the camera and creating Reels and social content for Spaceless, while also being confident managing the social presence of our clients behind the scenes. You’ll help build Spaceless’s own online presence while ensuring our clients’ accounts are active, engaging, strategic, and continuously improving.

What You'll Do

- Manage the day-to-day social media presence for a portfolio of Spaceless clients across relevant social platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content using scheduling and management platforms.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions that accurately reflect each client’s unique voice, personality, and goals.
- Develop creative social media concepts, content ideas, and campaigns that are relevant to each client and their audience.
- Handle daily engagement across client accounts, including responding to comments, interacting with audiences, and proactively engaging with relevant accounts.
- Monitor client social media performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Review social media analytics and make practical recommendations to improve reach, engagement, content performance, and overall account growth.
- Film, edit, and create short-form video content, including Reels and other social-first content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging video content for Spaceless’s own social media channels.
- Manage and grow Spaceless Marketing’s social media presence, including developing content ideas, filming, editing, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Help capture behind-the-scenes content and social-first content during client shoots and productions.
- Assist with client photo and video shoots as needed, including helping with setup, content capture, production, and general on-set support.
- Work closely with Account Managers, designers, photographers, videographers,



and other team members to bring social media concepts to life.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, emerging content formats, and changing best practices.
- Jump in and support the broader Spaceless team when needed, taking on tasks outside of your regular responsibilities to help projects get across the finish line.
- Bring new ideas to the table and proactively identify ways we can make our clients’ and Spaceless’s social media presence better.

- Photography and/or basic graphic design skills would be considered an asset

Note that the interview and selection process may include the following: submission of video & sample content, shift shadowing, multiple rounds of interview or any combination thereof. Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
