Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute foundation repair projects accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to perform excavation, concrete pouring, form setting, and other foundational tasks.
- Prepare sites by performing demolition, excavation, grading, and site cleanup to ensure optimal conditions for repairs.
- Install concrete forms, reinforce structures with rebar or wire mesh, and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
- Assist with masonry work, comprehensive foundation restoration.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operating heavy equipment responsibly.

Requirements





- Own vehicle to reliably commute to job sites
- Proven construction experience with a focus on foundation repair or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (such as excavators or loaders), and concrete finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material handling is a plus.
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety standards and quality workmanship.
