We're a growing underground utility construction company based in Calgary, AB specializing in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), fibre optic installation, and underground infrastructure. We're hiring hard-working Skilled Labourers who want steady work.

Want to move beyond general labour? We train from within and promote crew members into HDD drilling, locating, and other specialized equipment roles.

What You'll Do

- Move heavy equipment and materials around job sites
- Operate power tools and machinery
- Assist with installing and terminating fibre optic cable
- Load, unload, and organize materials
- Set up traffic control and direct traffic when needed
- Keep the site clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Follow and support our safety program
- Pitch in on other tasks as the job requires

What You Need

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation




- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Good communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in underground utilities or fibre optic installation
- CSTS 2020, First Aid, or Ground Disturbance tickets (we'll provide any required safety training before you start)
- Interest in learning heavy equipment
