As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, like-minded individual who cares about making a difference in people’s lives. This is a consultative sales position where your ability to understand customer needs and confidently guide them to the right solution is key.

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional who is motivated by results, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a commission-based environment.

This is a base salary plus commission position, where your earning potential grows with your performance.

Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience to every customer
- Build trust and guide customers to the right sleep solutions based on their needs
- Confidently close sales and consistently achieve or exceed individual targets
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment




- Ensure all products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced
- Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing ideas, content, and support for in-store promotions and campaigns
- Stay informed on product knowledge to effectively educate and advise customers

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of commissioned retail sales experience with proven success achieving sales targets
- Strong closing skills — confident in asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Proven experience selling premium or luxury products, with an understanding of high-value customer expectations
- Passion for helping customers and delivering an exceptional experience
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, plus 3 weekdays
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $3,300.00 per month
