We are seeking experienced Plow Operators to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to explicit parking lots, Industrial, and commercial properties.

Equipment Operated:

- Plow trucks
- loaders

- Salt spreader trucks

- Brine application trucks

Responsibilities:

- Operate plow trucks or Loaders and related equipment during snow and ice events

- Apply salt and brine treatments as directed

- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

- Maintain clear communication with dispatch throughout shifts

- Report any equipment issues or property damage immediately

Qualifications:

- Valid Full G Driver's Licence

- Prior experience operating plow trucks, loaders, and salt/brine trucks

- Ability to work on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays during winter weather events

- Clean driving record

- Reliable transportation to report to the yard on short notice

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
