We are hiring Sidewalk Machine Operators for the winter season. This role involves operating compact equipment to transparent sidewalks, walkways, and other pedestrian areas during snow and ice events.

Equipment Operated:

- Sidewalk tractors with plows and salters

- Skid steers with plows

Responsibilities:

- Operate sidewalk tractors and skid steers to clear designated walkways and paths

- Apply ice melt and granular treatments to sidewalk surfaces as needed

- Perform daily equipment checks and report mechanical issues

- Follow site maps and route assignments provided by supervisors

- Maintain safe operation around pedestrians and property

Qualifications:

- Experience operating skid steers, compact tractors, or similar small equipment

- Comfortable working outdoors in cold and severe winter weather

- Ability to work on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays during storm events

- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
