Montana Steele is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to work full-time in-house at our agency.

As a Social Media Manager, you live on the pulse of social networks. You know the latest trends, can analyze data, measure, track, and report with your eyes closed, all while creating content that will capture our audience’s attention and build their brand identity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing our clients’ social media accounts (posting content and community management).
- Writing thumb-stopping copy for social media accounts and client blogs.
- Working with our award-winning creative team to develop engaging social graphics and video.
- Covering live events (awards galas, ground-breaking ceremonies, grand openings, news conferences etc.)
- Staying on top of news and trends in social media in general, and within the real estate marketing vertical.
- Suggesting current and creative ways to use social to further our clients’ brand and project goals.
- Leveraging social analytics to build client-facing reports and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or similar preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role managing social media for consumer-facing brands.
- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts with creativity and accuracy.
- Demonstrated story-telling ability using a broad range of social media post types and tactics.
- High level of familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for each (including,



but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Familiarity with SEO copywriting best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player with great ability to manage time
- Exceptional English writing, grammar and spelling skills.
- Experience in mobile video or animation is a definite plus.
- Passion for real estate, architecture or interior design is a major asset.
