Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Software Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable user interfaces for large-scale enterprise applications. The role involves working across the full SDLC, translating business and technical requirements into robust, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces

- Translate technical specifications into functional, tested applications

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

- Support implementation, migration, and post-production issues

- Participate in design walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions

- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and UI enhancements

Accessibility Requirements

- Solid experience with AODA compliance

- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA standards (mandatory)

Additional / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with OPS / Public Sector projects

- Knowledge of RAD methodologies

- Experience with middleware and gateways

- Familiarity with social media APIs

- Experience with product lifecycle and roadmap planning
