University of Toronto Mississauga is seeking a Special Events Coordinator within the Hospitality and Retail Services Department. You will develop and execute all aspects of events and conferences, from initial planning to settlements, bookings, food service and invoicing.
Under supervision of the Manager, Conference and Special Events, you will coordinate logistics, analyze client needs, prepare cost estimates, and ensure contracts are fulfilled across internal and external partners.
