Our client, a leading manufacturer of flooring solutions , is looking for a Specification Sales Representative to develop the Quebec market across the education, recreation and institutional sectors .

? POSITION DETAILS:

? Territory: Province of Quebec

? Workplace: Home office – local to Montreal or Quebec City

? Products: Flooring

? Base Salary: $80,000

? Commissions/Bonus: $30,000 at 100% of plan, paid quarterly

? YOUR MISSION:

Your role will be to get involved early in the project cycle and influence product selection by developing strong relationships with:

? Architects & Designers (A&D;)

? Specifiers

? Education and institutional organizations





? Flooring distributors

? Specialized sports flooring contractors

You will identify upcoming projects, build specifications, conduct product presentations and lunch & learns , and develop relationships that ultimately position the company's flooring solutions for successful project awards.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop the Quebec sales strategy and achieve growth targets

• Identify and develop recent projects in education, recreation & institutional markets

• Influence product specifications and purchasing decisions early in the project cycle

• Build strong relationships with architects, designers & specifiers (A&D;)

• Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns and technical seminars

• Manage the project pipeline and develop relationships with distributors & contractors

- Grow the company’s presence across Quebec
