We are seeking an individual who has some prior office administration experience, and has robust customer service, mathematical, attention to detail, and computer skills. Works directly with Service Support Supervisor, as well as Hydraulic Hose Support, and Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities

- Places orders to obtain new inventory, inputs new information into tracking system.
- Ensure that shipped orders and reports are being documented and communicated to corresponding clientele in a timely manner.
- Ensure that communications with internal stakeholders upon receipt of orders, progress reports and close-out notification are executed consistently and accurately.
- Ensures effective and consistent communication is maintained between cross-over shifts.
- Interprets OEM Drawings for plumbing, pumps-motors, travel, and swing equipment (gearboxes & transmissions)
- Build customized plumbing products for mining mobile equipment (Excavators/ Haul trucks/ Motor graders/ Mining Shovels/ Bulldozers/ Support Equipment) As needed.
- Build customized plumbing products for Plant process equipment (Gearboxes/ Lubricators/ Pumps/ Motors/ Crushing & Sizing boxes/ Conveyor Lubrication & Belt Cleaning) As needed.
- Build customized plumbing products for Fluid Conveyance Equipment (Dewatering Products/ Primary & Secondary Hose/ Gearbox & Shaft Housings) As needed.
- Review the generated report details on as found products, record keeping and communications with Venture End users, Supervisor, and Operations Manager.
- Identify & use analytical decision making to recommend products, strive to work with clientele on fleet based continuous improvement.
- Prepare new job files with information from Customer Order Forms.
- Create and develop sales quotations based on customer requests.
- Respond to client requests and support resolution of any inquiries.
- Prepare purchase orders after client approval of quotation.
- Update purchase orders and estimate sheets with any changes.
- Cross train and learn additional product lines and details as assigned;
- Identify trends in deficiencies or undeliverables.
- ‘Day end’ communications to high priority customers.
- Maintain order, organization and cleanliness of work area.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Position is based on a 40-hour work week; however, incumbent may be required to work outside of regular business hours to meet business requirements;
- Subject to Manager pre-approval, position is eligible for overtime compensation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in an administrative role and/or environment; is an asset
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced operation and/or manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Proficient in use of QuickBooks or equivalent order-management system and MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Other Various OEM Software’s
- Strong customer service attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service and quality results;
- Attentiveness to details with ability to self-audit and manage a diverse workload within a fast-paced environment with changing multiple priorities and frequent interruptions;




- Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines;
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision;
- Effective verbal and written communications skills to understand, comprehend, and comply with all job requirements;
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving, decision making and proactive, positive “Yes I Can” attitude;
- Ability to commute to work both locally & remotely as required by schedule.
- Ability to adhere and maintain D&A; requirements of end user and venture site requirements.
- Constructive mindset; analytical process management in recommending products, applications and usage guidelines.
- Class 5 License w/ Clean Abstract is required (NO MAJOR INFRACTIONS – NO SUSPENSIONS – NO DEMERIT EXCEPTIONS ABOVE 8 DEMERIT POINTS TOTAL)
- Industrial Training w/ Formal Product Training is Provided.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of regular business hours to meet business requirements.

Background The typical minimum level of education to perform this job competently is equivalent to high school completion with specialized training. The person can read text of medium difficulty requiring an understanding of basic concepts. They may be expected to write text intended to communicate non-technical information and display command of spelling, grammar, punctuation and basic composition. People working at this level can be required to have certain specialized skills and be able to comprehend somewhat complicated procedures. Directly/indirectly related work experience representing continuous learning and required for someone to perform this job competently is one to three years.

Ongoing work assignments typically have clearly defined goals. The incumbent's education, training, and previous experience ensure work assignments are successfully carried out because they understand what is expected, as well as the best approach to take.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
