Your responsibilities will include promoting compliance with safety management systems, enhancing incident investigations, and leading training initiatives. Solid leadership and communication skills will be vital as you liaise with project managers and field personnel to address safety challenges. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide teams on safety management and compliance
- Mentor Project Managers and CMRs on safety practices
- Conduct site audits and safety assessments
- Develop and deliver in-house safety training
- Facilitate effective incident reporting processes Requirements:
- At least 5 years in construction environments
- Experience with auditing and incident investigations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
