STORE MANAGER

As a Store Manager, you are the driving force behind the daily operations of the store, inspiring your team to work toward one shared goal: delivering an exceptional customer experience. With your strong leadership and organizational skills, you ensure the store's performance, service quality, and visual consistency. You play an active role in fostering a positive, safe, and motivating work environment that supports team growth and drives sales success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY

- Efficiently manage daily store operations by coordinating activities to ensure smooth and high-performing execution
- Achieve sales and performance targets by analyzing key metrics and adapting strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, restocking, adjustments, and cycle counts.
- Ensure visual presentation is aligned with company standards, considering seasons and promotions.
- Recruit, onboard,



and retain new team members by applying rigorous and inclusive practices.
- Guide, motivate, and support the team in alignment with company values and policies, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and adjust work schedules based on operational needs.
- Handle complex customer situations, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance by applying OHS standards and promoting best practices among staff.
- Communicate effectively with management and various departments to ensure operational consistency.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

- Communicate effectively with management and various departments to ensure operational consistency.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in management, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven 3–5 years of experience in retail management, with strong knowledge of operations, merchandising, and human resources.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in systems related to retail operations and POS platforms.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help create an inclusive and inspiring work environment.
- Passion for interior design, fashion, and the retail industry

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

- Permanent full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on store needs.
- Standing for extended periods and participating in physical store operations.
- Regular lifting of merchandise up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent physical movements: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools as part of merchandising and daily operations.
- Supportive, collaborative work environment focused on personal and professional development.
