Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members to achieve their best.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability and profitability.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative records to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.




- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

- Proven supervisory or store management experience in retail environments with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and retail sales techniques.
- Knowledge of recruiting, training & development processes, and team management principles.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and financial recordkeeping.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
