We are known as a customer’s one-stop AMO (Aircraft Maintenance Organization) shop for:

- Maintenance
- Full Interior Refurbishment/Modification
- Avionics Installations
- Exterior Paint Refinishing
- Engineering Support
- Technical Services

The 118,000 square feet of hangar and workshop space allow us to efficiently manage every project. Maintain accurate inventory records and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and tools as required.

b. Coordinate and deliver special-order parts to production planners in a timely manner.

c. Monitor and replenish minimum/maximum (Min-Max) inventory levels and shop supplies.

d. Ensure effective shelf-life management and control of applicable inventory.

e. Process and return to stock parts received back from Production.

f. Perform cycle counts and conduct audits to verify inventory accuracy and certification compliance.

g. Restock shelves daily from overflow stock and properly store incoming inventory.

h. Participate in and support the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program.

i. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Typical Job Decisions a. Independent Decisions

· Determine replenishment requirements based on Min-Max inventory levels.

· Schedule and coordinate delivery of parts to production planners.

b. Decisions Requiring Supervisor Input

· Adjustments to Min-Max inventory levels.

· Determination of re-certification eligibility for shelf-life-controlled products.





· Resolution of discrepancies involving missing tools or inventory and decisions regarding replacement.

Job Knowledge and Skills a. Knowledge

· Aviation Parts Knowledge o Understanding of aircraft components, tools, and materials.

o Familiarity with part numbers, serial numbers, and batch/lot tracking.

· Inventory Management o Knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/MRP).

o Ability to monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.

· Regulatory Compliance o Understanding of applicable aviation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada, FAA, EASA).

o Knowledge of traceability requirements and documentation standards.

b. Skills

· Communication Skills o Ability to effectively collaborate with maintenance personnel, procurement teams, and vendors.

o Clear communication of inventory status and discrepancies.

· Time Management and Organization o Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

o Effective handling of urgent aircraft-on-ground (AOG) requirements.

· Computer Skills o Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).

o Ability to accurately input and manage data.

· Warehousing and Storage Practices o Knowledge of proper storage conditions, including temperature and shelf-life control.

o Use of labeling systems and organized storage methods.

· Material Handling o Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and lifting equipment.

o Proper handling of sensitive and hazardous aviation materials.

· Attention to Detail o High level of accuracy in managing parts, records, and documentation.

o Ability to quickly identify discrepancies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS a. Required

· High school diploma or equivalent.

b. Preferred

· Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, aviation, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or storekeeping.

· Experience in aviation or a regulated environment is considered an asset.

Effort and Working Conditions a. Physical Effort

· Regular lifting, carrying,



and movement of materials up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

· Operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

b. Visual and Concentration Effort

· Continuous attention to detail when verifying part numbers, labels, and documentation.

· Frequent use of computer systems for data entry and inventory tracking.

· Sustained concentration in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

· Ongoing awareness of workplace surroundings to ensure safety.

· Adherence to workplace safety standards, including WHMIS and company procedures.

c. Unpleasant, Hazardous, or Challenging Working Conditions

· Exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions in warehouses and hangars.

· Moderate noise levels from aircraft, machinery, and ground support equipment.

· Handling of hazardous materials such as chemicals, oils, batteries, and aviation fluids.

· Risk of minor injuries associated with material handling and equipment use.

· Work performed around moving equipment, including forklifts and delivery vehicles.

· Occasional high-pressure situations due to operational urgency, including AOG requirements.

· Requirement to maintain accuracy and safety compliance in a busy and sometimes disruptive environment.
