Core Responsibilities

- Cash Flow Management: Tracks, analyzes, and forecasts cash flow to help businesses avoid shortages and plan major expenditures.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Builds realistic budgets and multi-year financial models to set explicit revenue targets.
- Financial Strategy & KPIs: Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability, control overhead, and scale operations.
- Fundraising and Capital Planning: Prepares financial pitches, projections, and metrics when a company seeks investors or bank loans.
- Board and Stakeholder Reporting: Translates complex numbers into actionable insights for owners, boards, and investors
- Other duties as assigned by Client

Experience in a Tech enviroment is highly beneficial. Must have publicly listed experience.

Qualifications

- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent senior finance designation preferred.
- 5–12+ years of progressive financial experience as a senior leader
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with payment processors and financial systems is an asset.
- Experience working with high-growth or scaling organizations preferred.
