We’re looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join a fast-paced creative agency environment.

This person will act as the bridge between Account and Creative teams , managing the flow of creative work from brief to delivery, coordinating resources across multiple projects, and ensuring teams, timelines, and priorities stay aligned.

We’re looking for someone with:

6+ years of marketing/advertising agency experience

Strong project and resource management experience

Experience working closely across Account and Creative teams

4+ years of experience supporting the Canadian market

Confidence managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders

Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools

Solid understanding of data, KPIs, and analytics

Experience across brand, digital, retail, and/or strategy

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

GTA/ Hybrid: Typically 3 days per week in office, with flexibility to be in office up to 5 days depending on business and client needs.
