```Duties:

- Create and implement engaging play that aligns with the Framework curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster a love for learning through age-appropriate activities and play
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to promote language development, cognitive skills, and social-emotional growth
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Requirements

- Possess Early Childhood Educator Certification or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English language enough to communicate with staff, children, guardians etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is a bonus
- Organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and student records
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners and colleagues
- Proficient in computer operation for record keeping purposes, as well as newsletters and calendars etc. for your classroom. Knowledge of Cricut Maker a bonus.




- Ability to manage time effectively with strong preference towards child interaction.
