Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Incharge to work in daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and work with our team to deliver outstanding service. This role is vital in maintaining smooth workflow, managing staff, and creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members.

Duties

- Supervise and work in daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and serving processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage cash handling procedures using Subway POS systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Enforce food safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and compliance with health regulations.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff interviewing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Previous restaurant management or hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in quick-paced settings.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
