We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Sunday and Monday Aesthician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling with precision and care.
- Provide outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage guests through friendly communication, answer questions about treatments and products, and promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines, makeup products, or other beauty essentials to enhance their at-home routines.




- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events or special offers to boost sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness environment.
- Skilled in various aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and explain treatments clearly.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent guest service skills that foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus.
