Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence across our supply chain functions. In this role, you will analyze and optimize procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to our warehouse. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making, process improvements, and the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales, accounting and warehouse teams to manage purchasing activities, ensuring timely acquisition of materials aligned with demand planning forecasts.
- Utilize SAP Business One to monitor inventory levels, execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and support procurement workflows.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics, including demand planning accuracy, procurement efficiency, and manufacturing throughput.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Proven experience with SAP ERP systems, SQL database querying, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, purchasing strategies, demand planning, and MRP systems.
- Familiarity with dealing with Vendors overseas, specifically within Asia.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices within a warehouse/distribution setting.
- Food related experience an asset but not required.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly.
