Olympia Swim Academy is looking for reliable, professional, and motivated swim instructors to join our growing team.

We provide high-quality private, semi-private, and small-group swimming lessons for children and adults. Our programs focus on strong fundamentals, proper technique, water safety, and long-term swimmer development.

We are looking for instructors who genuinely care about teaching and can create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities

- Teach private, semi-private, and small-group swimming lessons
- Work with swimmers of different ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Follow Olympia Swim Academy’s lesson structure, curriculum, and safety standards
- Evaluate swimmer progress and provide clear feedback
- Communicate professionally with parents, swimmers, and management
- Maintain a safe and organized teaching environment
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled lessons
- Represent Olympia Swim Academy professionally at all times

Requirements
- Strong swimming ability and confidence in the water
- Previous experience as a swim instructor,



competitive swimmer, lifeguard, coach, or aquatic professional is preferred
- Comfortable teaching children and adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, patient, and professional
- Ability to adapt lessons to different skill levels and learning styles
- CPR/First Aid and lifeguarding or swim-instructor certifications are an asset
- Availability during mornings, evenings, and/or weekends is preferred

We are looking for instructors who want to develop their coaching skills and grow with Olympia Swim Academy long term. Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week
